MY REVIEW:

What a delight this book was to read! I fell in love with the place and the characters straight away.

Mia is such a likeable character, and I loved her friendship with Ella and Garrick. There are a host of colourful and interesting characters in the village. Even Hettie, the interfering neighbour, grew on me after a while and I became fond of her and her funny sayings.

I could picture the setting so easily, the author’s imagery is so good.

There’s an intriguing storyline, a beautiful setting, wonderful characters, and humour all the the one book. It’s really a book to put a smile on your face.

I was so sorry to finish it and couldn’t wait to see what would happen next. Thankfully, Part Two is out now! Blog tour and review to follow in July. See below for details of Part Two.
