MY REVIEW:

This book is the funniest thing I’ve read in ages! DO NOT read it in public, you’ll be laughing out loud.

I love Shari Low’s novels, and was really intrigued by the sound of this non-fiction book. It’s compiled from her weekly column, which started when her sons were small. Each chapter is short, and it’s impossible to put it down, I kept telling myself I’d just read one more!

She covers everything from pregnancy, birth, childhood illnesses, family holidays, Christmas, first day at school etc. All the major milestones and little everyday events are here, told with such humour and love. She really has such a gift of making the everyday absolutely hilarious.

I’d recommend this for every parent, it’s a light-hearted and funny look at life with children. I’ve already bought this book as Christmas presents for several people. Guaranteed to make you laugh and cry.
